France isnt far behind with35 to 39 per week.This is not surprising considering that in France employers have not been permitted to force employees (via threats of being fired) to put in more than 35 hours of work time per week since 2002. They are working way fewer hours than their colleagues in North America, Eastern Europe and Asia due to these laws.
